If it wasn't for that outflow boundary, I wouldn't like the tornado potential today either. But that boundary really changes things with the backed winds along and to the north from Willmar to Anoka into northwest WI. Best backing off the winds, gusting 12-19 kts as well, are along the I-94 corridor from STC up to AXN. We'll see if this continues over the next several hours as the RUC has explosive development in this area by 23Z. Very humid conditions through much of central MN with widespread 70-75 degree dewpoints. Good luck to those chasing today! Wish I could but I'm out of town for work this week.

Even though the outflow boundary had me second guessing myself, I'm still not a fan of tornadoes today. I'm sitting this one out and hopefully I don't regret my stubbornness later this evening...

Even if you don't get a tornado, monster hail and shelves are pretty nice too. Not to mention the info you'd be passing back to MPX.
