hey guys, my name is Dennis and i am from hamburg Germany. I am a weather enthusiast, and am living in the twin cities. I have been following xtreme weather for a few years now and since last summer got hooked (meaning i spent hours/days reading through weather/storm/tornado faqs and what else i could find such as forecasting tools and tutorials. That still doesn't make me anything but a newbie but one that's quite enthusiastic ). But because i don't have a car, i could not yet actually go follow it in person, except when it came to me! I am finishing up my MA this semester and will be heading back home to Germany in June/July.

My question is this: Is there anyone here, or that you know, that would be willing to take me along for some chases? It is one of the things i really want to do before i leave the US. [seeing a couple games at Target field is another ;-)]

I would be very grateful if that could be possible.

Where are you located in the cities?

I'm at Como Ave right off highway 280.

Give a shout out the day before an event. There's always someone heading out looking for an extra person to split the gas with.

You can just do it in the shoutblock at the top of the main page. Like Rich said, most setups there is at least one person looking for someone to split costs with.
